Exchange Policy

  2. This policy sets out the terms and conditions under which Bigshot may permit you to exchange products for other products. This policy applies to all the products sold by Bigshot through the Website.
  3. You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy, as the same are binding upon you.

Conditions for Exchange:

Bigshot has a simple and hassle-free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. Bigshot accepts exchange or alteration requests for eligible products only.
  2. Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery by contacting Bigshot's customer service team.
  3. Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  4. The product should not fall under the list of non-exchangeable items, including customized or special delivery orders.
  5. Exchanges are subject to availability. In cases where the requested size or item is unavailable, customers can opt for store credit in their Bigshot Wallet.

Exchange Handling Fee:

  1. All exchanges are subject to quality inspection. Original tags must remain intact. Missing tags may result in rejection of the exchange request.
  2. USA orders : A handling fee of USD 50 or up to 20% of the product value will apply, based on the user's exchange frequency.
  3. India orders : A handling fee of INR 200 or 5% of the product price may apply. A 10% fee applies for users with an exchange rate above 60%.
  4. International orders : A handling fee of 20% of the product value will apply.

Blocked Exchanges:

  1. Customers with an exchange rate exceeding 60% of their total orders may have exchange requests restricted at Bigshot's discretion.

Complaints for Missing/Damaged/Wrong Items:

  1. Any complaints regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items delivered must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Non-Exchangeable Products:

  1. Customized or personalized items and special delivery orders are not eligible for exchange or alteration under any circumstances.

Rights Reserved:

  1. Bigshot reserves the right to reject exchange or alteration requests if the terms are not met. In such cases, the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
